Acceptance of Terms of Use

2. Products and Services

We offer the following:

Letters from the Ancient — a monthly physical subscription service including a philosophical letter, ritual card, brass key, and silver symbol. Delivered worldwide.

ENOUGH. — a book available for pre-order. Digital and physical editions available upon publication.

Identity Architecture Programme — a coaching and educational programme delivered online and in person.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your first payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Letters from the Ancient (Subscription): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current month.

Physical Products: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, contact hello@pandorasoul.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Digital Products and Programmes: Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. For online programmes, please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied and we will review your case individually.

Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 28 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, course materials, and letters - is the intellectual property of Yana Yaneva / PandoraSoul. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

PandoraSoul offers educational and developmental content. It is not a substitute for medical advice, psychological therapy, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your GP.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
